We must acknowledge the remarkable contribution of our founders’ father and group mentor, Mr. R.D. Parameswaran, without whom, none of our accomplishments today, and in the future, would be possible. R.D. (Raju) Parameswaran was a true visionary, and continues to this day, and for the bright future ahead, to be a remarkable inspiration for us all. To that end, we salute his commitment to success, his vision in life, and his leadership by example, and pledge to continue our path-breaking work in his honor, every day.     

Arun holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Arun is a serial entrepreneur, and has a relentless passion for business and commerce. Throughout his childhood, Arun ran businesses, starting with a music business at the age of 13, when in high school. At age 9, Arun made his first stock market investment, and by age 15 had, together with his younger brother Arjun, formed a young, thriving internet company, which later become one of the largest web development companies in Botswana, Africa, where the two of them were raised.

Completing his Masters degree and passing the CPA exam at age 20 allowed Arun to enter business at a very young age. Realizing a unique opportunity in the mid-market accounting and taxation business, Arun proceeded to found Budgetax Corporation in 2003, and with the acquisition of one accounting firm in Fort Myers, FL, he began building a brand that would result in the formation of Astutant Group.

Arun manages the group’s strategy, acquisitions, and overall management of the group’s affairs.

Arjun holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting, and like his brother, is a serial entrepreneur who has made a success of his aspirations at a very young age. At age 13, Arjun formed with Arun, Virtual Internet Africa (Pty) Ltd. which became one of the largest internet services firms in Botswana. Completing his Masters degree at the age of 21, Arjun immediately proceeded to acquire Accu-Med systems, and has focused on growing the group’s highly successful medical billing and physician practice management businesses since the acquisition.
