Astutant to acquire Panama City firm
Astutant Group has signed a Letter of Intent with a Panama City, Florida based accounting firm to acquire the company's assets. The Panama City office currently services over one hundred businesses and several hundred individual clients. Astutant Group Chairman, Arun Parameswaran said "this acquisition will add another office to our growing Astutant brand. We will move immediately to increase the service levels and client offerings at this location."
